easy-roast-chicken-recipe v2

This roast chicken recipe is something that I happened upon on Pinterest. I won’t deny that I spend countless hours on that time-sucking website compiling delicious looking recipes for meals and confections that I’ll probably never try; But this particular one I just had to attempt. I was drawn by the fact that this meal only required one dish to cook. I mean, who doesn’t love easy cleanup?

I also happen to be quite fluent in the art of roasting chickens. Since my family loves it so much, I do it regularly. I could probably clean, season, roast, and plate an entire fleet of chickens with my eyes closed since I do it so often; so this recipe was right up my alley.

The original recipe called for Chorizo sausage, but since I had no desire to go on a wild goose chase for special meat, I decided to do my own adaptation and use Italian sausage. It made for quite a unique and hearty dish that I’m thinking you’ll love.

I can’t wait to try this recipe out, I’m with you on the whole roasting chicken thing- I do it so often. I have a recipe similar to this but it doesn’t have the sausage so I can’t wait to try it with the added sausage.

This looks really yum. I don't eat regular sausage, but might consider making it with turkey, or without! 🙂
