I’m always in search of something new and interesting to cook for dinner – especially since I always end up cooking the fall-backs: chicken, fish, pork chops… and chicken. So when I came across this recipe on Recipes.SparkPeople.com, and saw this mouth-watering picture with less than 10 ingredients I was in love.

This adult grilled cheese recipe is perfect for a stay-at-home mom’s lunch, or a bachelor’s late night snack. Try it and you’ll be in love.
