I’ve mentioned before that the significant other and I are hardcore meat and potato people. We don’t like very many green vegetables, but we know we have to eat them. (Got to set a good example for the kiddies.) I tend to alternate between two veggies: asparagus and brussel sprouts. Now before you cringe, know that because I make these veggies so often, I’ve perfected recipes that even a picky kid would love.
