If so, look no further than this recipe for a Buffalo Style Hot Popcorn Snack. It takes all the deliciousness of microwave popcorn and kicks it up a notch; with hot sauce, corn chips, and peanuts, your taste buds won’t know what hit them and you’ll never look at microwave popcorn in the same way.

The best part about this snack is that it doesn’t just taste great, but it can be ready in almost no time at all—just pop, toss, and bake and you’re ready to serve! Cooking delicious, addicting snacks seriously does not get simpler than this. So whether you’re hosting a party or having a movie night, you won’t be able to get enough of this spicy popcorn treat. ingredients

1 2.9 oz bag Gourmet Butter Microwave Popcorn 2 cups corn chips, slightly broken
1 cup dry roasted salted peanuts 1 tablespoon Fleischmann’s® original-stick, melted
2 tablespoons hot sauce

 

directions

Prep: 5 min
Total Time: 10 – 12 min
  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Prepare popcorn according to package directions. Remove all unpopped kernels. Place
    popcorn, corn chips and peanuts in a 2 gallon resealable storage bag.
  • Combine melted Fleischmann’s and hot sauce. Pour over popcorn mixture; seal bag and shake
    until popcorn mixture is evenly coated. Place mixture into 15×10-inch jelly roll pan.
  • Bake for 5 minutes, stirring once. Serve immediately while it’s hot or store in an airtight
    container for late night snacking.
