Last week I got the opportunity to take my twin tots on an outing. The poor little boogers are coming to an age where the same old toys and tiny condo don’t intrigue them as much anymore. They’ve explored every crack and crevice that there is to explore and have gotten into all of the toddler mischief that that there is to do. They’re beginning to create new levels of naughtiness. (Who knew that you could tear a paper towel into so many tiny pieces and that the pieces would fit so perfectly inside mommy’s slipper?)

It’s now up to mommy to find them some interesting (and less destructive) things to do; so I chose to take them to Zoo Atlanta – a charming Atlanta attraction that I knew would be fun to explore with two inquisitive tots.

Although I question my sanity after having chosen to take on this adventure with them alone, the twins seemed to have had a blast.
Check it out:

  1. […] is the perfect time of year to head to the zoo. All of the summer field trips will be winding down and zoos will be heading into their off season. […]

If you're going to take video with twins…maybe what you need is one of those helmet cams like they use for dare devil skateboarding/bmx stunts! It will keep your hands free. Thanks for sharing your trip! Looks fun!
